A Northern Tragedy (Alexander)

My interpretation of a song introduced to me many years ago by my beloved spouse (who has also graciously provided the translation for the Norwegian lyrics ... which, if you're curious, appear on the CD in dialect, exactly as they've been transcribed here).

The photos I've used were all scavenged during the course of an extensive web search, and reflect various areas of Scandanavia and, likewise, various modes of Sami cultural dress. They, of course, as well as the song itself, belong to their creators ... and hopefully none of those fine souls will mind my borrowing them for the sake of a few brief moments of entertainment.

As I know, there was made a movie... It was called Alexander Kielland, of course its on Norwegian... I not got this movie my self, so I cant say anything about the subtitles...

That would be their error, not mine. ;) I copied the lyrics directly from the CD liner ... and honestly, that line makes more sense as written than it does as sung, so I let it stand.
