(: it's progressive house mang ^_^ that's why it's so uplifting. not trying to make you feel ignorant or anything or neither am i trying to start shit but just saying, EDX is a progressive house producer <3. i fucking love them. :)

I wouldn´t label this as Electro House, i can be mistaken tough. The original song is defenitevely trance.
I like both of them, it´s not worth it to argue about genre.
