@rosemarie443 #1= don't know who BBFlag is, but I'm SURE it's known that assault is outlawed. #2= As to what my wife believes- Just like you and MANY others- she says she does. #3 I don't think that voice in your head is god cause your behavior is ungodly.I did nothing to deserve your insults but speak my mind. @isaysee what i want you to do is go to "bonnie blue flag" and tell them that your wife can not be broken apart. we should all agree to one language, english, not spanish. but was she under God? did she believe? now if you can just take this as it is spoken and not get all bent out of shape over 2 words, then maybe you can grow up to be a good citizen

I believe in God. As I told my son, There are thousnds of religions here. I think that if you try not to hurt anyone and help people. Don't do bad things then you are in heaven.I know that we can't be perfect. We don't always make wise decisions.You can pray outside of church and I do.I sure hope that there is a heaven as My son died when he was 34 and I want to see him again.I still think that the pledge should stay as it is today.That is my opinion and I am sticking to it.

This REALLY looks like one of those good intentions the road to hell is paved with - AND, -this opening sentence is worded in a HEARTFELT effort to skirt the issue that the damage done by the ILL ADVISED addition in question MAY have been INTENDED. Maybe & hopefully it's all for the best because perhaps Nationalism & Religion should be NonPublicSchool endeavors . Nonetheless- I love the " liberty & justice " part and would put the original back ASAP. [ PS= it WAS ALL VERYVERY PREDICTABLE ]

@rosemarie443. What is this- the Tower of BabbleDeGibberish all over again? If this pledge where ONLY a pledge, it would stop after " for which it stands". How'bout we pledge allegiance to one language. For example- when I pledged allegiance to my wife, just her name was needed. No one thought it necessary to be mentioned that she couldn't be broken apart or that she was under god. Furthermore, it would have been QUITE A CURIOSITY if anyone had. [ it looks like the work of Separatists to me ]
