I was on this tour. I was on staging and dry ice. It's nice to hear it from a desk tape as I was always stage right and apart from sound checks never heard the mix........can't remember who did the sound, but he did a great job.

I think what's really missing on this live cut is the full sound of the real grand piano played by Dennis Haines in the studio, its contrast to the brilliantly monotonous rhythm section is much greater, it's much more baffling.

i love the bassline, not prominent enough on the album version, although i do much prefer the album version

Gary Numan has so many fans, his voice isn't technically beautiful, he isn't pop, he got famous all around the world but is unkown for pop fans, today he is very rich because he sold many disks AND he was raised by a poor family... why? tell me why he is what he is? That's because he is a genius, yes this is what a call a genius.
