Carpetbagging. That's exactly what this is. To be certain, the Republican party -- with "Do Little" retiring -- pushed McClintock into this, much like they tried to throw Alan Keyes at Barack Obama in 2004. I tell you, though, there's a lot of McClintock signs up in these parts. So as much a slam-dunk as this seems, don't be entirely surprised if a Republican carpetbagger beats a military vet who has lived in the district for 16 years.

Very good, McClintock is really an extremist, even T. Boone Pickens says we can't drill our way out of our dependency on foreign oil!
