Bastard Bugs 2 - The Damage

Just some more info on whats going on, these things are bastards but you already know that.
These bugs are smart...... in a retarded kind of way lol, since they will just fall off the leaves whenever they sense any sudden movements so its slightly hard to catch them, not to mention they fly.
Now, what I show in this video are samples of the damage these things are doing, and I'm not 100% sure but its most likely the lil bumps on the leaves are those damn thing's eggs.
I already got a tip but i'm not sure if its what I want to do so I'm still looking for any other ways of getting rid of them or at least keeping them away, good news though I saw these things on a plant other than my grapes so they seem to not be exclusive to them.
Looks like I'm going to war with these bastards for now, I'm glad summer isn't far from over.

Oh, also I'm going to probably make another vid showing my grape vines.
