mate, you did good, alot of these are about really great players killing vader quicker i like when someone who is abit newer attempts this, it makes it sort of more realistic as if this was the real fight

Huh, nice plot hole catch there. Perhaps Vader has the ability to control the voice mechanism or maybe because Luke took off the mask correctly instead of it being cut off, made the voice box automatically switch off.

That's the best I can do to for a in-story answer. Real answer is probably that the sound editors missed this fact from the films. However if you listen in the ending cutscene, Vader's voice box is indeed broken and revealing both his real and mechanical voice.
