Please, PLEASE send me the specs!?!! I need EVERYTHING it says on the sticker & pump!!! You may be able to find the same pump cheaper. I know a Chinese company on alibaba that has them - at least, it seems the same... I'm in the process of communicating with their representative to find out! Will let you know when I do.

One thing I did notice in the video was where the flow switch should be set. It's opposite of what is showed. The woman that helped me on the phone told me it should be all the way to the right. There is a + & - sign on the pump housing. When I got mine it was set all the way to the - side. I found the manual and it says that it should be set to the second lowest position. You'll notice in the video when she turns the unit on the water shoots way to high. A gentle flow is what you want.

I've had my unit for 4 months and cleaned it every 5 days. Like many I never looked over the manual so when my unit stopped working last night I thought the tiny little motor had died. I called the phone # on the box and a person helped me take the motor apart, I never would have thought the thing would come apart. Funny thing is it was clean inside the housing and fan. But she had me just pull out the fan, and then put it back in. Worked.

thanks for this video!-i thought i needed a new pump, but was able to take mine apart and clean the lime scale deposits from the pump i also soaked parts in vinegar and now it works much better.

Well, I wish this was my problem. My pump works fine but its the cord that connects to the power adapter that is the problem. It fits so loosely that I'm not getting power to the pump. I can wiggle it and it starts but then stops again. So I need to know where to get a new one.

Thanks. I think this will resolve the issue of my pump being slow and then finally nothing after I last cleaned it.

Thanks so much for posting this. I stupidly tossed the manual as soon as I installed the unit, and figured it would just run forever. When the pump stopped I was just about to angrily buy a new one....then checked youtube. 2 minutes later, the pump has gone from totally nonfunction to silent and high output.

TY!! TY!! TY!! My cat loves this water fountain and when the pump quit working I too tried to find a replacement with no results. Before buying a whole new unit I decided to check YouTube for help and came across your video. I no longer had the paperwork and didn't realize that it came apart. With a little spray of Kaboom, a toothbrush and several rinsing I had it cleaned and running within 5 minutes. This was very helpful, thank you!!!!!!
