The last frame is of Ginger. A dog who was caged for 3.5 years although she was both leased and muzzled when attacked by a large off leash dog. The dog that attacked Ginger when home and because of Gingers "type" she did the time for the other dogs crime. The Province of Ontario is appealing the decision saving Ginger's life. BSL in Ontario MUST BE REPEALED as it discriminates and profiles based only on LOOKS. UPDATE: The Ontario Court of Appeals said in their judgement "the legislature does not make mistakes and must be enforced no matter how harsh, absurb or contrary to common sense". WE WILL KEEP FIGHTING THIS INJUSTICE.

That's Ginger and his owner in the very last frame of this video. Ginger has her Canine Good Neighbour certificate and after FIVE years a destruction order has been placed on her although she was both leashed, muzzeled and under compliance of the new law when attacked by a off leash dog. Due to discrimination and profiling GINGER was taken by animal control and the attacking dog went home with IT's owner!

@ATouchOfMagic88 . After 3 court cases the Ontario Appeals Court gave Ginger a distruction order. PLEASE see what the appeals court said in the video "Ontario Dog Owners Fight Against BSL" on this channel. You will NOT believe it. Because of the "specific measures" these dogs can not defend themselves and even a playful nip is worth warrants a distruction order.

@Fayclis I will do that, i'm a member of ''bullies in need'' forum, and i'm shocked on how tight and ridiculous the law in ontario is when it comes to pitbulls and look a likes. My country got rid of BSL because they knew it didn't work, why would ontario think it does work there? wow even a nip is worth the death penalty? ridiculous gosh you guys must live in fear every day with your dogs, makes me sick. is there anything a international supporter against BSL can do?

@TheAnimalDen. Go to the stopk9profiling web page and add yourself to Cheri's facebook page. Went somethng comes up it is always posted there and COME up they do. We never know when someone is going to lose their dog because of it's looks but I can say it is a pretty regular thing. Join US there and get involved. Your dog was taken I assume?

@Fayclis im doing a vid on that dog real soon ! when i read that in the paper it sickned me i really hope this gets over turned on the next elcation.sorry for my spelling.but can you tell me whe nthe next protest is ? id like to attend it and show my suport but the problem is i dont have a dog.no THANX TO MR MICHEAL BRENT THE MURDER !
