http://hometips.gregvan.com/toxic_mold.htm there's a good chance that I'm going to find mold or wood rot, lurking behind the tile or plastic tub surround. It's hard to imagine how wet and damp some of these areas can stay, but the more the bath tub or shower is used, the wetter these areas will become in mold loves moisture. It wouldn't be a bad idea to seal up any damaged areas where grout or caulking is missing, broken or damaged.

    How is this a scam?

  • You need a microbial remediation expert!

  • this is the toxic black mold spores that cause you illness. THE SAME AS THE TUB LINERS CAUSE.

  • ATTENTION... SCAM ALERT... BEWARE OF TOXIC MOLD SPORES THAT GROW BETWEEN THE TUB AND VERY COSTLY LINER... CLASS ACTION LAWSUITES ARE NOW FORMING AGAINST THESE COMPANIES.

  • informative, thank you.
