Peter Criss is very underrated. I don't hear too many people bring his name up with the greatest drummers of all time talks but he is. His timing is perfect and his solos are tribal and raw. Paul and Gene always take the attention but Peter Criss is one of my favorites.

Thats High Class! His drumming tells storys - plus you can dance! Show me other drumsolos where you can do that? He is a true musician and not only a simple Metal basher.
That are the reasons for an undenieable fact : PETER CRISS IS A LEGEND.

P.S. Forget to mention he sang some of their biggest hits also : Beth, Hard Luck Woman, Black Diamond...

@tmont007 Gene Krupa. Peter Criss is as good... Buddy Rich, not even close. No one is as good as Buddy Rich.

@elfhermie BIG time. Musicians fit their own bands and style of music, so how can you compare members of different bands? It's like comparing heavy metal to jazz and blues. Doesn't work.
