it invovles some idiot shoving a camera in the officers face and then insulting the officer ( like calling the Nazi or saying "fuck the police" ) and then complaining when they get arrested

You really should rename the tittle -- when you said violate constutions rights -- I just assumed it was some smartass refusing a search .. or maybe some smart ass yelling abuse at the cops and hiding behind the first amendment.
