  • ya right when u take off, your first three steps should be very low to the ground and long. this helps out alot.

  • your feet should be more straight I think

  • yo that last block start looked so clean and beautiful, I saw some powerful triple extension there. good job

  • Yikes, the blocks are so close together. Like Jesse Owens, but old-fashioned. Sport science says you get out faster that way, but it inhibits your stride pattern later (strides are slightly shorter than optimal).

  • I think you should try to stay lower to the ground at the start. You are standing too straight up imo

  • WHOOAAAA..... the back leg is waaay too far up! move the back leg back about 3-4 inches. watch the first step too. waaay too high off of the ground. you are getting a trajectory straight up. keep your front toe on the ground when in set position. then you won't come out too high. slight back-kick, try to keep driving the hips a tad higher. and get a new pair of track spikes! lol i had the same exact ones. hurt my feet. get a pair of adidas.

  • Try putting more emphasis on your arm swing, more exaggerated, big and wide, that, and keep your head down more, it's a drive phase so you should be driving more, not just looking down, but head also down. I did some minor tweeks to my start (what I just mentioned) and I went from a 10.92 to a 10.71 in 3 weeks of training and meets.

  • thats a pretty good start!
