I do consider spinning triple backward headkicks or somersaults a fighting skill no. If someone in the pub is trying to put a bottle in your face you neither have the time or the space to do three back flips, then jump six feet in the air, spin round three times and kick him in the face. It looks great on film, it looks great on you tube, but when someone breaks in to you home with a knife intent on killing you and raping your wife it is as useful as table tennis lessons.
