right click the short cut of your diablo 2 icon.
click properties
at the END of the location "Target:" put in " -w"
-- you can also do this for warcraft 3 --
so it will look like this
"C:\Program Files\WarcraftIII\FrozenThrone.exe" -w
but instead of warcraft 3. it will be diablo

you can also put in

-skiptobnet

at the end of it as well and it will skip all the introduction scenes and auto click battle.net and go right to the login screen

you can have -window -skiptobnet at the same time:
"C:\Program Files\WarcraftIII\FrozenThrone.exe" -w -skiptobnet

@gtbword well the video is really old. i added it 4 years ago, but the video was about 1 or 2 years old already. so it was about 2005-6 when it was made. i havent played in a long time either, and its funny how they still havent patched the little glitch that i used to get the items that i did get. the item i had sold for that amount of money was a really fucking old item, way back in 1.08. selling 1.09 gvalor made me lots of money too. ooh, the good ol' days. i really hope d3 is just as good!
