This is the famous Humming Chorus from the Opera Madame Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini and it's played by André Rieu and his orchestra.
The paintings you see are all by the Venetian painter, Giovanni Bellin.

GIACOMO PUCCINI
Giacomo Antonio Domenico Michele Secondo Maria Puccini (1858 1924) was an Italian composer whose operas, including La bohème, Tosca, Madame Butterfly and Turandot, are among the most frequently performed in the standard repertoire.
THE PAINTER
Giovanni Bellini (c. 1430-1516) was an Italian Renaissance painter, probably the best known of the Bellini family of Venetian painters. He is considered to have revolutionized Venetian painting, moving it towards a more sensuous and colouristic style. Through the use of clear, slow-drying oil paints, Giovanni created deep, rich tints and detailed shadings. His sumptuous coloring and fluent, atmospheric landscapes had a great effect on the Venetian painting school.
