My name is Katie, and I found this song completely by chance... and when I listened to it. Man it hit home. I've been struggling for years with depression, an abusive father, and pain which was self inflicted, usually cutting. This is how I've been coping, my friends see the scars, and cuts, but they 'turn a blind eye', and I tell them I'm okay. It's scary to find a song like this... that you relate so deeply with.
