Paula Deen has a new collection at Universal Furniture its part of the Paula Deen Home Collection its called Down Home and Paula's joining me now at their showroom. Hello everybody, hey Ellen. This is a fabulous new collection talk with me about what makes this collection, this new collection, different than your first. Well, you know it's really a continuation of that comfortable causal feeling that kind of wraps it arms around you and makes you feel good, that you surrounded yourself with this particular furniture. I understand this is really a lot about how you live, and about how your home is. Talk to us about some of your favorite pieces. Oh my gosh. It's so hard to narrow it down Ellen. One of the new beds in our collection is called the Garden Gate because of the wrought iron that has such history in Savannah. It is beautiful and my Aunt Peggy's wood bed with metal element. This is like the old ceiling tiles that are worked in to that head board. I love the old farm house tables so we definitely, as you can see in this table right here, this comes in different finishes and it feels very much like the old farm house table. The name of this chair is Kari's chair and Kari is my niece, uncle Bubba, my brother's daughter, and I have these in her apartment that I keep for her at mine and Michael's home. Then we've got some tables that are perfect for smaller eating spaces and then its got storage, it's got a shelf about halfway between table top and floor and it's a fabulous place for baskets that house your onions, and potatoes, and your fruits and things have to be useable. I don't want anything around me that I can't, can't enjoy, love and let it wrap itself around me. This particular piece Ellen is called the dish pantry. It's got a lot of storage going on and it was made in two different finishes which makes it so interesting. There's a piece right over your right shoulder Ellen, it's called Paula's Favorite Chest and it's done in the oatmeal and the molasses. If someone asks you what sets Savannah apart, a Savannahian would tell you, its detail, detail, detail. It's all about the details. While we've got the great lines, the beautiful finishes, the hardware's that we have chosen to go on this furniture is like looking at a beautiful woman without her lipstick and then she puts on that lipstick and you say Wow Ka-bow. Well that's what our hardware does to our furniture, it makes you say Wow Ka-bow ya'll!
