Dr. Connett 's passion for the topic on incineration and dioxins has not waned a bit ...ten years ago he was as eloquent! i am amazed! more power to you Dr. Conett!! thanks for helping me out with my college thesis on incineration in the philippines.

I'm not sure who would ever think that the WTE plants have "zero emissions". We have WTE in the U.S. and the emissions have been brought down to rather acceptable levels (meaning they are a heck of a lot cleaner than coal-fired power plants and diesel trucks)
If the waste industry has the audacity to say their plant will have "zero emissions", then they should not even be in the business.
