This week we wanted to give you something slightly more advanced to cook and really challenge your cooking skills now that we have taught you some of the basics. This is a delicious succulent duck dish with simple mashed sweet potatoes and a balsamic reduction. This is a step up but it is the perfect way to impress your friends or even a date with your new found kitchen skills.

  • Who's this dumb asshole?

  • the best thing you can do to avoid tears is to store them in the fridge or you can put the exact amound of onions you want to use in the freezer for 5-10 minutes and i promise there wont be any tears! this is because the toxic substunces that make us cry somehow get disarmed due to the low temperature!

  • damn he tried to make small cuts in the duck for a chef like look, only he cut to deep and was cutting in the meat....

  • what on earth are people on youtube doing to their ducks? goddamn.

  • omgfg, whats wityh all the beginning..get too cooking already..waste my time watching this crap.. thumbs down..you suck big time..

  • that should've read "teardrop-shaped" nucleus on that comment earlier

  • and great videos btw! thanks so much for explaining to folks not to touch the cooking duck. i'm always telling people that's the fastest way to ruin meat -- continually moving it, slicing it to check doneness, and flipping it. the trick is just to leave it alone and let a good sear form which locks in the moisture. great work!
