actually, his comment is decently accurate since electropneumatics have a "gentler" blow forward action than blowbacks do. however, in the context of this video, the accuracy of the electropneumatic didnt help the speedballer worth shit because he got pwned by a stock 98. ipso facto, speedballers cant aim worth shit.
