One more thing: it won't be better next time. The combined I.Q. of Angelinos' is somewhere between Gump and stupid. Billions of dollars have been spent in our public school system to subsidize the costs for teachers learning new teaching strategys; wait for it ... for spanish speakers. If they don't complete the lessons they lose their credential. There are lots of reasons the city is bankrupt, the main one is illegals sucking the entitlement programs dry. When will it stop?

One more thing: Don't expect better next time, the average I.Q. of angelinos' are a whopping somewhere between gump and really stupid. Case in point, the public school system is not bad, the immigrants have lowered test scores and rewrote the benchmarks for learning, or should I say not learning. It's true, our educators have been forced to adopt new teaching strategies for spanish speakers. If they don't complete the billion dollar spanish speaking strategy courses, they lose their credential.
