A "glitch" that will not occur without an external program editing values is not a glitch. That's like saying a crash in a game that occurs only because a gameshark code was used is a glitch.

glitch means problem therefore even if it is a rare glitch its a glitch

I wouldn't consider it a glitch either, considering it would never occur during actual gameplay. A quirk, perhaps, but not a glitch.
