thumbs up if you skipped to the end

What timer are you using?
-
On big cubes, centres become more boring to solve taking a higher percentage of the solve time as the order of the cube goes up. I own a black SS8 and I like solving the edges much better than solving centres. I also have a white SS6 and it is very good.Much better out of the box than a NIB V-cube 6 though a full "pi" mod on a new V6 does even this out.

are you jew? (because of your last name)

wow... Wow... Nothing else to say about this solve. I think thats the UWR to you.
-
Sorry this is gonna be weird, but... are you Dan Cohen?

OLL skip is such a minor help on an 8x8x8 it's not even worth mentioning.
-
is it better because the outer layer is bigger so it is easier to turn?
-
is the quality of SS cubes good, or just ok?

Have you done any mods to your SS 8x8? It looks like your doesn't lock up too much but mine does.
When solving the edges do you solve all the white/yellow ones first or just the easiest ones you see?

@musli4brekkies white/yellow. I do it on 5-7 also, but it really is great for lookahead on bigger cubes.

@masterofthebass - Is it better than the crappy SS 6x6? Actually, does it even feel anything like the 6x6? And, do you like the 6x6? Mine is a piece of garbage. The tensions feel all uneven and it just pops all the time.

@xxoxia The 8x8 is waaaay better than the 6x6. I really am not a fan of the 6x6, but at the moment its my "best" one.
