Intronaut are a very unique post-metal band with some hardcore/metalcore influences thrown into the mix. The guitars churn out slow, grinding riffs over a slew of fantastic bass riffs. Intronaut are comparable to the likes of Rosetta and Isis. "Prehistoricisms" was released in 2008, and is one of my top albums of the year, borderline top 5 material.
