I have 24 weeks till i ship off to Parris Island, I can't wait, my PFT has improved every Pool Function, Im hoping to get a perfect score before i go these r my results from the last function
Pull Ups: 15
Sit ups: 74
Mile 1/2: 11:11
i kno i will reach 20 pull ups at the end of the 24weeks and hopefully i will get 100 sit ups too lol but i got a lil beer belly tht i needa get rid of hahaha but I have lost almost 30 lbs.
