They do but it's like you learning Spanish or French or German and then someone wants to interview you. If English is your mother language then that's the language you'd want to speak because it's more natural and easier for you to speak it because that's the language you've been speaking your hole life.

@xXanimecookie17Xx Its not their 'mother language' as Bill once put it. So it doesn't come as easy and natural to them as German does. Just like some people here speak English and Spanish, but you rarley hear them speak Spanish. Or the Hispanics speak both, and they rarley speak English.
