4 Left Deaf 2 Soundproof Bungalow is a modification or "mod," "if" "you" "will," for the "video game" "Left 4 Dead 2." It is a near-complete overhaul of the game's sounds, leaving it wacky, zany, and basically obnoxious beyond human reckoning.

You might compare it to other, less complete sound packs, but then you'd sound like a dick. 4 Left Deaf Soundproof Bungalow contains 200% more stupid references than competitors and is guaranteed to be at least 180% more obscure.
