Kettlebell Conditioning Workout
CARDIO MACHINE™
ROUND 1 includes:
1 minute of Kettlebell SWING +
1 minute of Kettlebell CLEAN & PRESS +
1 minute of Kettlebell FIGURE-8 and
1 minute of SNATCH
Total Time of each Round is 4 minutes with one minute pause between the rounds,
total workout time is 60 minutes (all together 12 differently designed rounds).

  • @coreneasd7 Yeah! My dad tried that same diet too, and I was amazed at how many pounds he lost in just a few weeks. I would suggest it to my partner too! Lol...the site is WeightLossAction.Info right?

  • @middlemanoftime I swear I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the room you were in trying these kettlebells exercises for the first time. And believe me, its a lot of work for a LOT of return. Not a chance 60mins of moderate cardio can compare.

  • If little effort is put in then you get little or no results...I dunno what weights she is using but I do think she makes it look too easy. However if you were to do these with a suitable weight you'll find at the end of that 5mins you'll feel like you did more.

  • @middlemanoftime : I don't think that you totally understand the wonders of kettlebells.

    Doing kettlebell exercises is equivalent to 6 minutes of sprinting! And that girl you're talking about, you have no idea what she can do LOL

  • She makes it look so easy!!!

  • She must be using an inflatable kettle bell she makes iut look so easy!

  • So if I understand correctly this is a 5 minute combination set - to get 60 minutes one repeats this combo 12 times.....wow, that is alot of work for very little return. No offense but the girl in the video is probably 19 years old and looks like a scare-crow. If one were to do 60 minutes of moderate cardio such as fast walking or alternate sprint/job/walk the results would be the same.
