Must have started the Fremennik Isles quest to gain access to the island the yaks are situated on.

This is my Guide for 70-99 Strength, I tested the most common places & weapons used to train strength. Saradomin Sword @ Yaks is the best with up to 75K Xp/Hr, but sacred clay items double ur xp ( for 33K xp). Here's the results for each 30mins:

Yaks:

Monkey Guards:
