@deadlift99 probably half squats ,wich isn't bad either, half-squats are good for track and field athletes as it doesn't risk the knee caps as atg and full squats do.
@deadlift99 She probably could...I use to compete in track & field at a Division One college and there were quite a few female sprinters, jumpers, and heptathletes on our track squad who would routinely squat over 300 lbs for reps of up to 10 for multiple sets. And it appears that some men who happen to be non-athletes get intimidated by women who are stronger, faster or jump higher than them, and to compensate for their inferiority complex they try to marginalize them by calling them masculine.
