Nastia Liukin has gone through a lot this year. She made one impressive comeback this year, qualifying 2nd to the AA and winning beam gold.
This montage is about her terrific comeback. She should be very proud of herself.

I can't for the life of me figure out what she was doing at 1:32 though? I can't work it out at all! Is she dismounting the bars?

Yes, she fell right after her dismount. Poor thing, the whole Nationals thing must have been a nightmare for her.
