Edit: This video is already out of date. Since the video I have added G-Force Extended Rear Hubs, 42mm Keihin Carb, ESR Airbox Eliminator Kit, Maier Scooped Racing Hood and Trail Tech Torch Lights.

My quad has came a long way in the past few months, so I decided to make a little slide show of the progress I have made. Song is Sleeping Giant by Sleeping Giant

Here is a list of the mods I have done to it so far:

• White Brothers E-Series Exhaust
• ESR Airbox Eliminator Kit
• 42mm Keihin Carb
• Painted Black Header with Welds Ground
• 13/39 Gearing
• Sparks +6° Key
• TAG T2s
• Tusk Bar Risers
• Maier Scooped Racing Hood
• Trail Tech Torch Lights
• Burgard +2 +1 Arms
• G-Force Extended Rear Hubs
• KFX 450R Shocks
• DirtSkins Shock Covers
• IMS-Roll Classic Bumper
• AC Racing Nerfs w/ Heel Guards
• ITP Holeshot H-Ds All Around
• Skat~Track Extreme Paddles and GBC Dune Trackers on DWT Blue Labels

426 kit soon to come. That will include a JE 88mm 11:1 piston, stage 2 cam, HD studs and cam chain with a mild port and polish.

Thanks to all the people over at the 400EX section of http://exriders.com. They have really helped me along the way.

  • So did you just grind out the little lip in the header?

  • @721069 Yes I did. Can't say I actually noticed any difference, but the science backs the theory.

  • Dude your 400ex is amazing. What brand were the shock covers?

  • @BigCountry461 This video is old, check out this video to see how it looks as of right now: watch?v=CbWYfSfrhMg

    And they are DirtSkin covers.

  • are those 450r shocks that u put on? how difficult is that because i wud like to do that

  • @atv140 They are KFX 450R front shocks. The install wasn't very difficult, just took some time. You have to cut/grind the tops eyes to make them fit into the upper shock mounts. You also have to grind down a little bit of the frame by the top shock mounts. Bottom is a direct fit with stock or any standard travel a-arms.
