Lovely little video... I tell you what is amazing, and in no way weird, with lamb is Cinammon. Crazy sounding I know, but it's amazing what a tiny spoonful of it does to a lamb braising sauce. It doesn't make it taste Moroccan or Eastern, it just works with the natural robust flavour of the lamb and makes it even more delicious.
