All I can say is wow. This is pure crap. Don't trainers know that fat burning does not even take place until at least 20 minutes of low intensity training. That means that you have to excercise for 20 minutes before the body will begin the fat burning process. 10 minutes, your body does not even get into it's pace mode. Why can't people see that if you could have the "total transformation" in 10 minutes, we would not have the obesity epidemic. Trainers are getting farther from the truth.
