Ruto: Charge Kivuitu team

Cabinet minister William Ruto and Cherangany Member of Parliament Joshua Kutuny, now say commissioners of the disbanded electoral body, should be held responsible as the prime suspects for the post election violence. The two argue that those who bungled the election, and those who protested against the stolen election through violence, should be held accountable.

if kibaki , came out and adress the nation that all the complaints will be looked at and votes rechecked and acted like a leader, people would not have died. you seems to ignore all that. your aim is ruto and kalenjins. look at the big picture. i have said and i will say again ruto should be put to jail if found guilty. but kibaki and kivuitu should be put to trial. you seem not to mention any kikuyu, are you saying that kikuyus were not involve in the killings?

when the eruptions started, where did it began? kisumu, right? lawlessness took over the country from kisumu to mombasa, nairobi to eldoret , nakuru to kitale. why? because kibaki and his people stole the votes with the help of electoral commission. then, kibaki was sworn in right away before issues are resolve. do you call that fairness and law abiding? kivuitu and kibaki should be the first to go totrial. if kivuitu control and run a fair election, people would not have died,

ChaiMoto- The accusations you make 1,2,3,4 and 5 are valid. Where you're wrong is failure to grasp a simple rule in civil life 'means does not justify the end'. We are a country governed by laws. You got a problem or a dispute you go to court. Kenya is not a jungle where might or ability to use Machetes supersedes the laws of the land. Law and order must prevail for meaningful change processes. Look at Somalia!
