"The health care crisis is in the UK.
The health care crisis is in Canada"
This asshole seems to think that people being more healthy and living longer on average is a crisis.

WE'ER ALREADY SOCIALIZED, WE'RE JUST NOT GETTING THE BENEFITS. IF BANKS AND CORPORATIONS FAIL WE PAY. PRIVATIZE THE PROFITS SOCIALIZE THE RISK.
-
@jigglypuff3 And paying for a war that most people in America don't want!! Tell Pat Robertson some socialism is damn good.
-
@nanaforiod This is the same asshole that said America has a great health care system because it is "manufactured" You have to remember Conservatives are pro-business no matter HOW you make the money. Isn't that sick and twisted In the health care field the patients matter!!!
-
@jigglypuff3 If that system is so wonderful, why does one have to wait two years in England to get a heart bypass surgery? How many new medicines and surgeries did your "socialized medicine" invent?
-
@frayzerm Have you seen the movie Sicko? Have you heard of Michael Moore? I rest my case!!
-
@sjcpal And people in Canada, France and UK live longer. How dare people like Limbaugh say we have a great healthcare system, WE DON"T!!!
-
@TheRyanBrooke THANK YOU!!! To all the conservatives who think America has a great health care system and nothing should change, see what happens when the system screws you and you end up selling YOUR house when you get really sick.

@jfsteelejr Shortage of doctors in the US............................
........clearly you know NOTHING about the medical world. As a med student, I can only laugh at your comment. The problem is quote the opposite: there are TOO MANY doctors in the Us, and they are ALL wildly overpaid, which is why insurance costs so damn much.
WHY DOESNT ANYBODY COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR "SOCIALIZED EDUCATION" SYSTEM OR THE "SOCIALIZED" INTERSTATE HIGHWAY SYSTEMS??
socailism isn't the bad guy here...xenophobia is

I'd take a tax increase and have Universal healthcare coverage vs being told what I can have medically done(even if what I need to have done is mandatory) by a big business corporation such as Etna. Not too mention a tax increase sounds much more appealing than haveing to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket up front if I have to go to the emergency room.
