An example of fulcrum lifting with the 45lb clubbell. The vid doesn't show it very well but you arn't supposed to rest the club on your shoulder. Its a bitch to do, but well worth the effort. Oh and thats a 70+yr old buddhist monk I am talking to. BTW I have no affiliation with Scott Sonnon or his CST, I am not trained by him nor do I use his resources. I have my own mentors and I am developing and learning what they have taught me.

  • Hey thanks man :) His name is Shubuthi he is a venerable monk. A friend of mine was hosting him for a month, he grew up in japan where he was an abbot of a monastray for 35 years and then was in India for a long time too. Amazing man, his stories are incredible. He is a meditating monk so he spends anywhere from 12-14hours a day in meditation, we spent a lot of time meditating with him while he was here.
