I have done the MC several times, but it's been years since the last time. I've had a baby and gained about 100 lbs :( I had to wait until I wasn't breastfeeding anymore to begin, and now that I have it's great! Like you, I received some negative feedback when I had done the cleanse before, so now I'm not telling anyone! My grandma swears I'll DIE if I miss a meal! So I'm just avoiding mealtimes with family, and for all they know I'm chugging juice! I have not been sleeping at night either

People have been fasting since the beginning of time. Jesus fasted. The reason the media is down on this diet is because if people realized that it is this fast, safe, healthy an d easy to lose weight like this, the diet industry would be out of money.
It is a BILLION dollar industry that pretty much wants to keep people fat so they can keep making money.
Number one diet scam? Diet Soda. Just quitting that, people lose weight!

I lost 10 pounds in 7 days too lol All of my friends don't beleive me; but I never felt better about the master cleanse, the only thing I hate is when my mum cooks and the smell wofts in the whole house.
