You can't run the display without a dozen volunteers. Could only find 2 to give up their Christmas Eve. Next year put your hand up and come join us Christmas Eve as a traffic marshall, collector or spruiker, it's just 6 hours on Christmas Eve, you'll love it. if we get 11 others we'll run it, otherwise it's just not safe for you and your kids.

Had to stay dark on Christmas eve as we need 12 people to run the show safely and could only find 2 volunteers. If you want to give 6 hours of your time next Christmas Eve to help out pls contact me at Messages On Hold. We raised $25k for the hospital. Thanks to the more than 35 helpers who made the display possible. In all, this display gobbles up 500 man hours.

The light show is happening every night between December 10 and December 24. Visit Bishop Riley Way, Churchlands, Perth from dusk. Bring the whole family!

I agree, really sad to see the number of people that turned up Christmas Eve only to find the lights had been turned off. If they are only turned on between a certain time of the evening, then maybe state that, to avoid disappointment. Took our 4 year old all the way there, so excited to see them after watching the video online, only to find they were turned off. :(
