it's like this fishing boat captain saying "Yeah, I've done this 25 times". Yeah, people in most places would have caught a clue after the 3rd time. MOVE AWAY ! just 30 miles inland and you wouldn't have to deal with this. And neither would I.

If you live within 30 miles of the coast of the south-east United States, and a hurricane destroys your property, home, city infrastructure, etc. DO NOT EXPECT the rest of American taxpayers to provide monetary assistance. Move to Minnesota, so we don't have to hear you bitch about it. There, I said it. I'm sick of these redneck begging/complaining and looking for a handout.
