2005 - Schapelle is arrested and tried. The Howard Government leaves her to rot.
2011 - that 12 year old boy is arrested, and Kevin Rudd is over there negotiating for his release within a matter of hours, and ultimately he succeeds.

The Balinese police planted the drugs in Schapelle's bag.
Their numerous breaches of their own Code of Criminal Procedure, is evidence for this.
Denial and destruction of evidence. Failure to investigate. Fabricating charges.
A Google search for the words "breaches of the Indonesian code" brings up content relating to this case, on the very first result.
For the Balinese police, and for anyone else who thinks Schapelle got a fair trial,
this is a problem. . . .

Schapelle corby was not given a fair trial. Indonesia justice system is corrupt and flawed which is a fact. Her sentence was also very harsh even by Indonesian standards and thats a fact. How can any court give 20 years and not do any testing of evidence like fingerprint, weigh bags, dna test ect despite Corby, her family and lawyers demanding it??
