So many of today's guitarists have been influenced by Hank Marvin's playing. People like Clapton, Knopfler and so many others have attributed their early interest in the guitar to him. Even after nearly five decades he is still as popular as ever and his style is still imitated world-wide.
If that doesn't say something about his skill and enduring popularity then nothing will!!! How many other so-called "pop stars" have lasted that long????

This is beautiful!! No one plays as expressive in a ballade as Hank Marvin. He is unique. This is a great Version. I saw The Shadows In Denmark in 1983 at their silver aniversary tour. And that tune was so stunning. Also here they show that they have class , and is among the Worlds Greatest bands.
