Hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my BF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

When I had pain in my lower legs (after walking a few miles) it was from having flatfeet. Have you checked that with your orthopedist? Maybe insoles or something would help...
And please, for your own sake: Stop taking pills. If you eat healthy and do your workout you won't need 'em. XO

@Trayceg I do this stretch too!

it sounds like you're doing fairly well girl. for shin splints...if that's what you're talking about, if you go up on your toes 25ish times per day if will help stretch the muscles over your shin. hold each one for about 3-5 seconds.

@nyckl64 I didn't know that was your daughter. i LOVE her!

I wanna congratulate you on not backing down from exercising. The hardest part is to start. Even though it took you an hour, the point is you did your run. :) You have alot of support here and good luck in your next week.

Just a quick stretch that I use a lot stand on a stair with your toes on the step only and let your heels stretch down pulling your toes upto your shins ....does that make sense to you i dont explain things well lol hope this helps!

@nyckl64 Absolutely. When i started the program earlier in the year, I had repeated weeks 1 and 2. The main focus of the program is to make sure you are moving at a pace comfortable to you, but it is possible to do it in just 9 weeks. :)
