@trence5 well realy he is not, he was a normal transformer and Matrix Honor Guard. until he was blasted to allmost death, after this his spark was saved by unicron that remade him into his agent. but before unicron could put in the ''Serve me only'' system, he brock out with his new powers and seeking a worth fighter. in his head tho he got meny diffrent memmorys, making him 1 dangerus soldier to face. he is as Strong as Optimus and as Mad as Megatron, No one can stopp him but 1 of them.

a litle information about Nemesis Prime's belife, he only belive in 1 thing that once he finds the 1 that can defete him in single combat will be the 1 to surpass him and be his leader. so far in his fights with Autobots or Decepticons they have all fallen 1 by 1 and he is geting douts about it, but that was until he found Optimus Prime and Megatron fighting. that his will became to manige to fight 1 of they great fighters and find may by the truth of what he is and who he is or was to be.

what the holes for and the round bars in the bag for?

am not really sure. there dosent seem to be reason for either. it might be that the holes are left over from the moulding process and so fans project made the pegs for buyers to fill in the gaps themselves. the pegs are all coloured and so should correspond to particular holes on the figure. thats what i think.

id say yeah due to the sword the whole packaging thing and his characterisation give him a slight edge over city commander. works best if you nemesis prime.
