Activists demand Police apology for molesting Ingrid

Police are once again in the spotlight tonight, in relation to the way in which suspects are handled. The debate has re-ignited following yesterday's arrest of FDC's women's league leader Ingrid Turinawe in Nansana. Women activists are now demanding an apology from the Internal Affairs minister and the Inspector General of Police.

The 'dogs' of law enforcement never act in the interest of the people they are supposedly meant to protect.
