Kijani's EPIC 4-6-7-9 "impossible" split conversion in bowling - ACME Bowl

A couple weeks ago I was giving my friend a bowling lesson so I had the camera rolling, and I left a big nasty split. It was the 4-6-7-9, otherwise known as the Greek Church minus the 10-pin... one of the few "impossible" splits in bowling where the pins are parallel.

I had only made this split once before in my life in more than 15 years of bowling so I wasn't expecting much... but when I left it I said "wouldn't it be sweet if I got this on video?"

And I made it :)

Wow, you would have converted the entire Greek Church with that shot. Do you always go for the slide method, or do you ever try the deflection off the cluster?

@twandsk1 If I leave the actual Greek Church, I almost always go for the cluster and try to get the 6 to do some damage in the other corner. Mostly just to get the count versus getting 2 out of 5, and very often you can get 4 from the Church that way. For the 4-6-7-9 I will go for the left side since the count is even and the odds of making it are better from that side.
