I love Ethiopian food but at Zed's, the food is not really great than other Ethiopian restaurant. Who ever the cook she has can't cook, Especially the Kitfo was yaki, she needs to use good seasoning, I say this because I have eating Ethiopian food may places but her restaurant does not use good seasoning, I hope my comment will help her to use good ingredients. she probably think we are not Ethiopian and we don't know the taste
