@WheelzOfFortune Yes, Rocky is a much better name for "him." I had renal colic twice in my thirties and it was very PAINFUL .. each time I was left to pass it .. you have my sympathy it gets that painful .. worse than giving birth, the lady nurse told my wife ..

13 years - wow. DId you give it a name ? (poor attempt at humor) It sounds to me like it SHOULD be fairly easy to take care of with medication or sound break-up. I hope it's not causing you any pain; I know they can be agonizing. I suppose many of us could have a stone and not know it. In any case, good luck and let us know how it goes. I'm sure your doctors can give you dietary advice as well.
