To be honest mate ur wastin ur time even tryin i've started today takin down my intake and made sum adjustments to the programme as my mates a personal trainer but imop ur wasting ya time mate without the correct nutrition it's useless

How bad was your diet exactly?
If you stuck to basic macro's, dont consume fat or sugar you should be fine!
And yeah cardio 2x a day is a REAL dick, I only do it once a day. I'm currently in week 2 and lost 5kg (About 11lbs). Most of it is water weight but.
